The registration fee includes admission to the scientific sessions, conference materials and coffee breaks.

The conference organizers will provide accommodation and meals to all attendees.

In order to qualify for the student rate, applicants must send a certificate or student card accrediting their student status to the technical secretariat

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations requests must be sent to info@grxworkshop.com. If the cancellation is received before 15 May, the entire amount will be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations received before 1 June are subject to a 50% penalty. Any cancellations received after that date will not be refunded.
