The conference registration includes admission to scientific sessions, conference materials, coffee-breaks and Conference dinner. Lunches are included in price of accomodation in Residence of Campus.
Papers authored by Ph.D. students will pay a reduced Registration Fee. In order to benefit from the reduced fee, ALL THE AUTHORS of the paper must be students, and all of them must send a certificate or a student ID card when registering to info@grxwokshop.com
Cancellation and refund:
Cancellations must be requested through mail to info@grxworkshop.com. If cancellation is received before May 15, 2017 a refund will be made of the amount that was paid minus 10% to cover administrative expenses. Requests for refunds received by June 1st will be subject to a 50% refund. After June 1st, no refunds will be made.
