1:30 PM - 2:30 PM: Lunch Break (hotel restaurant)

2:30 PM - 4:00 PM: Paper Presentations

4:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Paper Presentations (continued)

7:30 PM: Guided Visit to the Albayzin (Meeting point: Plaza.Isabel La Católica)

9:00 PM: Dinner at Restaurante Las Tomasas

Day 2 - August 5th, 2023:

10:00: Departure by bus from Hotel Abades Nevada Palace

10:30 AM-12:30: Cortijo Santa Maria, visit the housefarm and Olive Oil Tasting

13:00 PM - 15:00 PM: Lunch inTózar, Restaurante Rincón de Marcelo

15:00 PM - 15:30 PM: Farewell and Closing Remarks ((return by bus to the hotel)

Please note that the schedule assumes a 30-minute coffee break, a 1-hour lunch break, and 30 minutes for farewell and closing remarks. The visit to Albayzin and dinner on Day 1 and the Olive Oil Tasting with lunch on Day 2 are also included.
